Check in is at 4:00PM and Check out is at 1:00PM to allow you that extra half day on the slopes. Early arrivals or late departures may possibly be arranged, contact reservations.
No daily maid service is offered but light cleaning with linen service is provided at the end of your stay. We just ask that you leave the unit in the condition you found it (it’s inspected before every arrival). Start the last load in the dishwasher, strip any beds that you have used and leave the sheets in the bin in the laundry closet. We would appreciate it if you would start a load of used towels in the washer. We’ll do the rest. A $100 cleaning/exit deposit will be charged to your credit card with your reservation and will be fully refunded on meeting the check out requirements above.
Paradise Ridge has a number of rules and regulations to protect owners and guests as well as ensure the quality and enjoyment of everone's stay at Paradise Ridge. Our guests must also obey these rules and regulations. Failure to comply with these rules and regulations will result in immediate cancellation of your accomodations without refund. Please be considerate of your fellow guests and treat our facilities as if they were your own. A copy of the rules and regulations will be provided with your rental agreement.
We're sorry to say to our smoking guests that the suite is non-smoking only. We love our pets and we're sure you love your pets, but not all our guests love pets (allergies amoung other things). So with our regrets, we ask that you leave your pets at home.
